Tracy Chen | D.O., MPH

Dr. Tracy Chen joined Salinas Valley Radiologists, Inc. in 2017. She specializes in breast imaging. Dr. Chen graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.S. in Biology, minor in Women’s Studies. She earned a Master’s of Public Health from University of Southern California with an emphasis in health promotion and health education. During this time, she completed her Master’s work with a project in Kerala, India studying women’s self help groups post 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami. Dr. Chen graduated from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in greater Los Angeles, California, where she was accepted into the Sigma Sigma Phi honor society. Following a traditional rotating internship, Dr. Chen completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Michigan State University. After residency, Dr. Chen moved to Cleveland, Ohio for a breast imaging fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland (formerly University Hospitals – Case Western Reserve University). As a fellow, she trained with the leading experts in the field of breast imaging and presented her work at the 2017 Radiologic Society of North America conference. During her free time, Dr. Chen enjoys hiking and picnics with her family, snowboarding, and trying new foods/wines.
